As leaders of congregations, senior pastors are at the forefront of leading their churches through the different and often challenging seasons of its life. This track is designed to help you understand the roles and responsibilities of the Senior Pastor and how to navigate the expectations surrounding your role.

Module 7 : Children and Youth Ministries
Contrary to popular belief, children are not tomorrow's leaders; they are God's harvest force - today! This module will help you:
- Understand the philosophy of Trinity's Children and Youth Ministries
- Raise children and youth to become spiritual parents
- Evaluate your own Children and Youth Ministries in the light of the Great Commission
