This track is designed for those who have already attended Seven Steps to Transforming Your Church.
Through Spiritual Parenting, you can:
- Experience your own breakthrough in personal evangelism
- Cultivate a culture of Time Alone With God and Spiritual Parenting in your carecell and church.
Track C
Module 4 : Carecell Leaders Training
This track is designed for pastors and lay leaders who have attended Seven Steps to Transforming Your Church and Spiritual Parenting and are using the GLN Cell Church Model to lead open and leadership carecells.
Carecell Leaders Training will enable you to:
- Understand the life cycle of a carecell
- Plan for relational evangelism and relational nurture to take place continually and simultaneously - in and outside of the carecell meetings!

Module 5 : Sectional Leaders Training
This track is designed for pastors and lay leaders who have attended Seven Steps to Transforming Your Church and Carecell Leaders Training.
Built on the foundations of Spiritual Parenting and Carecell Leaders Training, this module will empower you to:

- Oversee a number of carecells and guide them towards multiplication
- Diagnose problems and overcome them
- Mentor carecell leaders and spiritual parents effectively
